NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Ariba Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).




  • Providing application support for cloud based Ariba solution which interfaces with three different ERP solutions including SAP ECC, JDE, and QAD.
  • Providing L2/L3 end-user support for SAP cloud based Ariba system and associated business activities being performed on the solution.
  • Participation in various testing activities associated with changes to systems interfacing with the cloud based Ariba solution and/or changes SAP makes with the solution itself. Ability to work closely with SAP Ariba to understand their cloud system plans, communicate problems, etc.
  • Understand and support components of SAP ECC Purchasing solution which interfaces with the Ariba solution.
  • Good ability to learn and comprehend data mappings needed for Ariba processing.
  • Understanding and ability to provide assistance on catalogs and associated management controls and updating of the catalogs.

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • 5+ years of Strong Ariba and Purchasing knowledge and experience, including experience with incident management, use of cloud Ariba solution, testing, etc.
  • SAP ECC experience with Purchasing solutions and three way matching process with data coming from Ariba and interfacing systems.
  • Experience with incident management and understanding of various types of incidents which can occur with the Ariba solution (e.g. master data problems, interface problems, matching inaccuracies, etc.).
  • Ability to work well with business and system interface teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:
SAP S4/HANA and Central Finance running on Hana skills and experience is desirable.


Travel:  Work remotely almost 100% of the time, with a potential single trip needed for client introduction/training.

Education:  Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
