We are currently seeking a Windows Server Admin w/Office 365 experience to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Job Description
NTT Data Services is looking for an energetic fast learning and self-motivated candidate that has strong technical skill and team leadership skills, able to work well with groups on a global level, and a consultative approach and problem-solving abilities to enable our business partners to operate more effectively.  These candidates will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing large enterprise-scale information on Microsoft Skype for Business, Office 365 (MS Teams and Skype for Business Online) and Exchange Online.  

 

Principal Accountabilities:
•    Strong SME knowledge of the following technologies: 
  o    Microsoft 365, including the following services and technologies.
         Microsoft Exchange Online
         Microsoft Teams
         Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive
  o    Microsoft Identities (Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Federated Services) and User Management
•    Intermediate knowledge of IP Telephony
•    Knowledge of Server and Networking principles pertaining to enterprise environment.
•    Performs maintenance on existing operating systems.
•    Evaluates, engineers, tests, recommends, and implements secure infrastructures.
•    Acts as a resource for system escalation issues.
•    Document’s platform standards and processes for ongoing operations.
•    Gathers business requirements for system design and validates recommended solution for Change Management.
•    Schedules and coordinates installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the network and ensures compatibility of all communications and computer hardware/software. 
•    Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures. 
•    Provides ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations, and solutions. 
•    Responsible for following company specific systems engineering standards. 
•    Acquisitions: Add acquisitions’ messaging environment under NTT Data Services, planning, development, and sustaining included in this process.
•    Executive support escalations: 20-30% time consuming work per week most client/outlook, remote access, troubleshoot, feedbacks.
•    RCA for high severity issue, CRQ Deployments during weekends and holidays.
