We are currently seeking a Help Desk Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

  • Answer Technical support calls providing solutions and escalating to other support groups.
  • Provide support based on email generated requests or reports
  • Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customers incidents and request.
  • Applies diagnosis techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Previous technical support experience of 1 year in a call center enviroment for Windows OS, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet explorer, antivirus and peripherials.
