We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

General Incident Management, Access Management, General L1 Support, Advanced Technical Support, answer technical support contacts and escalating to other support groups. Provide support based on email generated requests. Document troubleshooting steps and detail descriptions and strong written communication skills.

  • Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solutions.
  • Ability to work after hours shifts
  • Basic understanding of ITIL concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of technology and troubleshooting skills.
  • IT Bachelor Degree Preferred (not obligatory)
