•            Provide front-line supervision to an operational, production, sales, service or administrative team of two or more members

•            Supervise team typically responsible for transactions or processes

•            May assign work to direct reports

•            Make hiring, termination, promotion, and disciplinary recommendations

•            Lead a team ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to clients

•            Monitor performance of the team and reports results and issues to higher-level leadership

•            Assist team with escalated client or account issues

•            Has input into hiring, staffing and maintaining a diverse and effective workforce

•            May interact with clients and internal departments to resolve issues

•            Work with the team to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies and procedures

•            Demonstrate professional courtesy and represents the company in a positive manner in all areas of internal and external communications

•            Ensure appropriate record keeping, reports, and related administrative functions are accurate and up-to-date

•            Upon request, compile and analyse data to identify trends for root cause analysis

 

Preferences:

•            1-2 years of Team Leader experience

•            Good client service skills and leadership capabilities, Analytical / Problem Solving Skills

•            Basic knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies

 

Work Timings: Monday - Friday (Flexible in shift)
