We are currently seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to join our team in Helena, Montana (US-MT), United States (US).

The candidate will provide advanced knowledge pertaining to deploying Lean and Six Sigma programs and initiatives and directing teams to achieve desired results using various QM methodologies. In addition, the candidate will work directly with the vendors, business users and the client to support the analysis, planning, design, implementation and evaluation of key projects to help the client achieve organizational goals. 

Using QM methodology and analytics, the candidate will assist the client to accomplish measurable business process improvements through various DHS initiatives and cross-functional teams. 

Job Responsibilities Include:
•    Develop and deliver end-to-end process improvement initiatives 
•    Provide advice on best practices for QM methods to meet stated business needs 
•    Participate as a process improvement resource on larger Agency projects 
•    Share best practices methods and ideas, as well as coach and mentor others, including other ITPMO and client staff members 
•    Identify and report project issues and risks 
•    Attend project and status meetings 
•    Interface with client, vendor, and business users 
•    Research and provide recommendations to the client on critical business decisions 
•    Collaborate with other team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicable 
•    Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable 

Basic Qualifications:
•    Minimum 8 years' experience in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma, Lean Transformation, and other QM methods)  
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare, preferably Medicaid or Medicare 
•    Minimum of 2 years' experience with and ability to communicate QM concepts to various audiences with varying levels of experience 
•    Bachelor’s degree  

Preferred Skills:
•    Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule

•    Experience working on large, complex systems projects 
•    Experience developing, coaching and mentoring staff in various QM methodologies
