We are currently seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to join our team remotely in the United States.

The Business Requirements Analyst assists in the design and management of cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and develop system requirements and program specifications based on analysis of the target cloud architecture and provide detailed information to programmers that use this information to prepare detailed flow charts, programs, and tests.
• Produce functional design documents and maintains requirements traceability.
• Ensure current business processes are accurately documented, identify functional requirements, produce data extracts, when necessary, help develop training material based on their analysis of the requirements, and provide technical and program management support when needed.
• Facilitate subject matter experts, end-users, and other stakeholders to capture business requirements and conduct user acceptance testing and training.
• Interact with client and will prepare process models, user stories in requirement management tools.
• Help the technology team to implement solutions and enhancements that ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience designing systems for Federal Government clients
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Agile system development methodology, project management and system architecture 
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing applications for the Cloud using AWS or Azure
• Minimum 6 years of experience defining and developing system requirements and program specifications, preferably utilizing JIRA or similar requirements tools
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Must be a US Citizen

Candidates for this position will be required to adhere to NTT DATA’s and its clients’ COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is Min: $71,600 - Max: $149,200. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
