We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Hong Kong, Hong Kong (HK-HK), Hong Kong (HK).
Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of Desktops, Notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative And technical matters. Accountabilities includes:

- Experience in dealing with stakeholders and preparing relevant reports
Job Level Criteria
- Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops/notebooks/ printers.
- May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
- Travel may be required.
Job Experience
- Knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
- Good customer interaction skills.
- A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is preferred.
