NTT DATA Services currently seeks a ITIL Service Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

 

 

Day to Day job Duties
Ensure that the infrastructure teams are aligned with the Corp IT ITSM strategy and initiatives.
Provide coordination across the operations teams to ensure consistent processes and reporting
Provide oversight and administrative support for ITIL functions, including incident, problem, change, configuration management
Run the infrastrucuture specific change advisory board, problem management reviews and tracking, incident management processes and templates, etc
Administers the configuration of process related tools including ticketing applications, reporting tools, and other technologies.
Compiles and analyzes statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.
Initiating the Problem Management process for high impacting incidents, related incidents, unsuccessful changes and missed Service Level commitments
Review incident, problem, and request aging and work with infrastructure group managers to ensure compliance with process guidelines
Conducting workshops to identify, assess and address process deficiencies, ensure common understanding of process intention and operation
Provides point of contact for process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings.
Work with the metrics reporting function to produce the required metrics reporting

 

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years Infrastructure Services experience in an ITIL oriented environment
Minimum 3+ years experience with managing and improving ITIL practices in an organization
