NTT DATA Services currently seeks a L1 service desk to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

 

 

  1. Will be responsible to Manage Desktop / Laptop and IT Equipment.
  2. Will be responsible to troubleshoot L1 level application related calls.
  3. Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team and lead team.
  4. Monitor resolution of Incidents/ Service Request with in the agreed time lines and escalate where ever required.
  5. Follow Escalation Matrix (customer, internal Dell and third party Vendors) for unresolved calls
  6. Coordinate with various support providers for technical issues, vendor coordination
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  8. Ability to perform in adverse situations.
  9. Need to work for Customers who are provided 24 X 7 support.
  10. Has good hold on ITIL processes.

Good analytical skills.
