In this Role You will  interact directly with our clients as well as Policy Owners, Attorneys, Agents, State Agencies, etc.- Investigate and respond to inquiries from the Department of Insurance, Consumer, Attorney for various clients. In addition to reveiwing of Power of Attorney Documents for various clients.

In this Role You will be Responsible For - Investigating and responding to inquiries from the Department of Insurance, Consumer, Attorney for various clients. - reveiwing of Power of Attorney Documents for various clients - Daily & Monthly OFAC review for various clients. - Lost Policy Search review for various clients. - Perform research in support of assigned team members.


Requirements for this role include:

- High School diploma or equivalent Required

- Ability to Communicate effectively and professionally with internal customers and clients to professionally resolve complaints and other assigned task.

- Ability to Adapt to shifting priorities  in order to respond to customer and business partner needs.

- Ability to Develop and maintains a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.

- Ability to Develops understanding of internal operations and how related functional areas interact to achieve results. 

- Time management skills with the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment  


- Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred

- 1-year applicable insurance experience
