The Opportunity

For more than 30 years, our Business Process Outsourcing team has implemented the processes and technologies for Health Plans that bring about real transformation for customers of all sizes. Our end-to-end administrative services help streamline operations, improve productivity and strengthen cash flow to help our customers stay competitive and improve member satisfaction.

 

In these roles you will be responsible for:

  • Devloping and coaching leaders for providing front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards
  • A typical day will likely involve fielding between 2000 calls
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues
  • Developing and maintaining a solid working team  knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team
  • Collaborating with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.  Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
