NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Support Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).



The Project Support Analyst will work as part of a team providing PMO services – including project management, business analysis, technical analysis, and organizational change management – for the Medicaid Enterprise. She/he will actively participate in the delivery of PMO tasks/activities and associated deliverables.  


Duties include: 

Ensure standard PMO methodology is applied and PMO services yield value for the customer
Support the Medicaid Program and business operations, including support for State staff, Medicaid providers, and Medicaid clients/recipients/beneficiaries
Assist states to define and implement modular solutions for the Medicaid Enterprise
Ensure the State and solution vendors share a common understanding of goals/outcomes
Review solution vendor Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and deliverables
Mentor State staff and other consulting staff to increase MITA expertise and understanding/awareness of CMS requirements and guidance for the Medicaid Enterprise

Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager


Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience with Medicaid systems/solutions or similar


Preferred Qualifications (Soft Skills, nice to have skills)

Understanding of Medicaid claims processing, including Medicaid Provider billing for reimbursement of services rendered
Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (Waterfall or Agile development) 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate difficult concepts succinctly and accurately in written and verbal English
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under strict timelines
Exceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to exercise mature judgment
Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can do” attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success


Travel: 50% (no travel if local)
