Competitive Salary



Leads market development, oversees business operations and drives strategy development within a country or countries for both new business and account development. Develops and executes a GTM strategy for the assigned regions ensuring the development of a sales team and delivery capabilities, collaboration with the sister companies and positioning in front of the key customers selected in the region. Responsible for not only the achievement of sales goals but also governance and customer satisfaction. Management of the financials (revenue and margin) and the profitable growth linked to the objectives of the company.



• Establishes operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across assigned areas.

• Cultivates, develops and nurtures relationships with clients, specifically C-level executives.

• Ensures Client Management and Sales teams effectively recognize, upsell and prioritize client opportunities, whilst driving innovation and financial optimization as appropriate.

• Viewed internally as crucial to ensuring the viability and success of the NTT DATA brand in the local market.

• Identifies and addresses staffing and resource needs for deals.

• Applies a strong understanding of local country requirements and regulations.

• Visualizes desired future-state and identifies the dependencies, challenges and requirements associated with achieving that state.

• Ensures strategic alignment of country objectives and direction with global strategy.

• Exceptional influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with C-Level executives.

• Able to multi-task to manage both tactical and strategic work streams.

• Expert knowledge of finance, contract management, client relationships, people management, project management and relevant industry information.

• In-depth knowledge of NTT DATA business, operations, core client strategies and business drivers.

• Expert budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.

• Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans
