Onsite IT Support Analyst

 

Overview

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT support Analyst to join their team working on client site. The team are responsible for the technical support of hardware and software across the site for all hardware and software Incidents and requests for end user computing support (including desktops, laptops, mobile and printers).

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals
  • Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites
  • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
  • Performs maintenance and repair services
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance
  • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
  • Assists customers in the operation of video conferencing systems
  • Instructs/supports other technicians with their daily work
  • Be a point of escalation for difficult issues/problems
  • Solve issues for difficult customers and VIPs

 

Key Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in IT maintenance, installations and troubleshooting
  • Effective communicator with good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide consistent positive customer experience.
  • A technical background in a Windows client operating environment, preferably with knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory and multiple software suites including MS Office.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Service Tickets would be beneficial.
