We are currently seeking a full-time Remote (US): Application Pre-Sales Solutions Director to join our team in any remote location in the US.

This is a senior technical sales, business development, and consultative solutions role responsible for driving and quarterbacking large deals across verticals and geographies.  The primary function is demonstrating to customers technology solutions and value propositions to facilitate selling complex services; they are called into accounts as opportunities are identified and may work with account-assigned sales leads or account managers to close sales; they manage and coordinate the sales and technical team in support of the sale of the company’s services; they also are called on as a technical expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and assist in or close complex technical sales.

·     Collaborate with a team of Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security Services Technical architects, proposal managers, Sales Specialists.

·     Lead business development opportunities to qualify deals; conduct an initial assessment in conjunction with account owner to help qualify and shape the potential opportunity

·     Deliver presales discussions/workshops with customer stakeholders to shape future state vision.

·     Build and maintain an effective partnership with NTT Data’s business, sales, and practice leaders to help qualify and shape opportunities, collaborating with the right resources for supporting opportunities, and periodically doing deep dives on ongoing opportunities to ensure we are positioning to win.

·     Speak to market trends and 3rd Party advisor messaging (Gartner, Forester, ISG, Everest)

·     Work with NTT Data’s business, sales, practice, and finance leaders to identify areas of improvement within sales support and lead efforts to implement those improvements.

·     Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentations

·     Promote innovation and out-of-the-box thinking when engaging with our pursuit teams. 

·     Act as a voice of the customer/market and provide realistic feedback to pursuit teams based on experience and customer needs.


 Basic Qualification

·     12+ years combined experience in business development, proposing and selling application Services, IT consulting, product engineering and System Integration & Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing.

·     Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and MBA preferred

·     Executive relationship building & management

·     Must have consultative selling skills and be able to demonstrate experience in working with CXOs across NTT Data Services Industries

·     Value proposition development & strong business acumen

·     Excellent communication/presentation skills
