NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Corporate IT Help Desk Engineer to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).



NTT DATA's Corporate IT Help Desk Engineers:

  • Provide a high level of customer service when responding to user requests (both in-person and virtual) to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
  • Support includes, but is not limited to, desktops, laptops, audio/videoconferencing systems, and IP phone devices
  • Monitor help desk tickets, emails, and other channels where user requests IT Help Desk supportMaintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, software, and computer peripherals
  • Escalates issues to appropriate corporate IT resources and/or management to facilitate resolution
  • Works with vendors in troubleshooting hardware issues and places warranty service calls as necessary
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
  • Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels
  • Other duties as required


Business Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in an IT support role or Helpdesk environment
  • Someone who can provide a high level of customer service when responding to user requests (both in-person and virtual) to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
  • Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and is willing to learn
  • Must be a reliable and cooperative team player
  • CISSP and/or ISSO is a plus
