NTT DATA Services currently seeks a JDA WMS (RedPrairie) Support Specialist, Richmond, VA to join our team in Mechanicsville, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

 

 

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a JDA WMS Support Specialist to join our team in Richmond, VA.

 

Responsibilities

-        Provide production support (365/12/7) of JDA/RedPrairie WMS, along with RP Parcel, WFM, LENS & Reports.
Be a part of the team that provides production support (7x24) to multiple sites and assume support responsibilities on a rotation/schedule basis. 

-        Should be a strong team player and work proficiently in an offshore/onshore team model.
Create solution documents for production support issues resolved and knowledge share with the team using Sharepoint.

-        Work on enhancements and bug fixes along with production support.

-        Should analyze requirement and come up with estimation and design.

-        Perform code development and unit testing.

-        Conduct peer review of document and code.

-        Follow ITIL process.

-        Coordinate team at offshore.

-        Provide value add to the project.

-        Should handle task independently.

-        Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

 

 

Requirements 

-        5+ Years of technical support for a Warehouse Management System

-        5+ years experience with JDA/RedPrairie WMS

-        Experienced working in Windows/SQL Server environment.

-        Strong technical background with MOCA development as well as tracing/debugging issues

-        Proficient in writing T-SQL queries and using SQL Server Management Studio

-        Good understanding of RP/JDA Integrator

-        Exposure to automation integration (conveyor systems, RF devices), EDI & other external applications with WMS

-        Demonstrated experience in the RP/JDA application security model with particular emphasis on role based administration

- Strong techno-functional skills in Parcel processing & Work Order processing, besides the core WMS inbound, outbound &inventory management functions
