We are currently seeking a Application Management Specialist to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Qualifications:\

• 3-5 years Designer-Java/ JEE-Oracle DevOps/ Infrastructure-Fusion Middleware 
• 5 years overall IT experience with at least 3 years' experience in application Middleware administration/support in technologies related to the web (Java, Tomcat, Apache, Unix etc.)
• Experience in supporting external customer facing websites
• Experience with tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, and understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile methodology
• Well-developed analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, including the ability to analyze complex situations
• Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills including strong facilitation and coordination skills
• High level of initiative and ownership mentality
