We are currently seeking a Contract negotiator specialist advisor to join our team in Mexico City, Distrito Federal (MX-DIF), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities

• Administers complex contracts and provides information, status, and/or action reports upon request.
• Creates new contract processes to increase efficiencies and minimize contractual risk.
• Ensures that senior management, internal forecasting, and contract management systems remain updated on deal status and terms.
• Captures key information from completed contracts for software distribution, revenue recognition, milestone tracking, and other critical operational processes.

Requirements:

• Advance English
• Experience in contract negotiations with clients and vendors preferably within all Latin American countries
• Experience in corporate law
• Lawyer Degree
