• Management and monitoring of Incidents and WorkOrders to ensure compliance with service levels.
• Updating the status of requests and incidents with accuracy, relevant information and changes in status.
• Perform functional and hierarchical escalations when there is a risk of loss of the Service Level using a defined matrix
