NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Network Voice Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico City, México.

 

Requirements

 

5+ years of professional experience

 

Voice Platform Support


Knowledge of the organization and IT infrastructure


Knowledge of voice infrastructure concepts (Avaya, Cisco, recording, Operating Systems, etc.)


Intermediate knowledge in the coordination and implementation of projects oriented to the assurance of the service


Basic knowledge of ITIL

 

Intermediate/Advanced Level of English
