We are currently seeking an IT Service Management Advisor to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota (US-MN), United States (US).

 

The IT Service Management Advisor will work with a fast-paced global leader in IT Services, acting as the global point of contact for Service Management and collaborating with senior leadership to set strategy and business direction to ensure that NTT DATA’s processes and services align with our client’s goals and objectives.  

 

Job Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategy and business direction
– Provide authoritative advice to top management based on deep subject matter expertise
– Identify and oversee service level improvements, deploying applicable delivery processes and procedures
– Review and manage SLA adherence and coordinate cross-tower dependencies
– Oversee, facilitate, and administer ITIL based service support on a 24x7 basis
– Manage service delivery processes which may include incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management
– Compile, analyze and report statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness
– Lead the account and work towards building Client relations
– Focus on Gaps and Process improvements
– Suggest and share ITIL Best practices and help implement the same
– Adapt communication techniques for audiences at multiple internal and external levels
– Monitor alerts and manage the Critical Incidents from service management perspective (not technical)
– Manage vendor relationships
– Allocate work and mentor others

 

Basic Requirements:
- 8+ years IT Service Management experience 
- Knowledge of and experience with ITIL Tools, i.e. Service Now (ITSM Reporting) and Qlik Sense 

 

Preferences: 
- Experience working with global teams
- Services/Consulting industry experience working in a customer facing role
- ITIL Certification
