NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Automation Test Engineer to join our team in Addison, Texas (US-TX), United States (US) or Montpelier, VT.

 

 

An Automation Test Engineer with some Development background experience on Java so that they can use him as 'Engineer' on the Scrum team.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

- Strong Integration Testing experience (Middleware - ESB, API & WebServices)

- Sound automation scripting knowledge (Selenium and Java background)

- To be able to write JUnit test cases

- Exposure/Knowledge Apace Camel or JBoss Fuse preferred, but not mandatory

 

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the Middleware Migration Scrum team as Engineer and work closely with Development team for Testing & Writing JUnit test cases
  • Reverse Engineer existing BizTalk apps functionality and ensure functionality is not broken with migration to new Platform
  • Participate in Daily stand up Scrum calls, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo and Retrospective meetings
  • Ensure System Integration Testing is completed successfully
  • As test automation engineer responsible for automating as much of the testing effort as possible
  • Objective should be to automate as much of the testing effort as possible with a minimum set of code/scripts
  • Perform functional and performance requirements by executing web services based automated test scripts, manual test cases
  • Testing all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, regression and service.
  • Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases
  • Creation of Test Estimate, Test Plan and Test Requirements Matrix based on Design Documents, Use Cases and Use Case Realizations; Creation of Scope Assessment and Work Assessment based on High Level & Low Level Requirements

Requires:

  • 5 years Automation Testing-HP UFT/QTP or Selenium Tools
  • 3 years Testing-XML/SOAP UI-Webservices Testing-SOAP UI
  • 3 years API Testing
  • 1 year Java/JEE-Unit Testing-Junit
  • <1 year SOA Framework-Apache Camel
  • <1 year JBoss-Integration-Fuse
