NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Analyste en Administration des Acces de la Sécurité/IT Security Access Management Analyst to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).

 

 

Ce poste fait partie de l’équipe responsable de l’administration de la sécurité mondiale qui assure le contrôle de l’administration des accès privilégiés et la gestion des exceptions à l’échelle de l’entreprise.

Management. Le candidat fera partie d’une équipe qui assume des responsabilités partout dans le monde et doit être à l’aise de travailler dans un tel environnement.

- Soutenir les personnes qui appellent la ligne d’assistance sur l’administration de la sécurité

- une ligne d’assistance à l’intention des clients qui ont des demandes ou des problèmes relatifs à l’administration de la sécurité.

- Traiter les demandes en faisant le suivi et en gérant les files d’attente des demandes.

- Interpréter les demandes des clients, valider le respect des processus d’approbation, faire le suivi de l’attribution des accès privilégiés et des statuts d’exception, des révocations et des suspensions, et en faire un rapport, en suivant les procédures documentées.

- Contribuer à la documentation et l’améliorer.

- Suivre les consignes du gestionnaire des activités mondiales.

- Prendre la responsabilité de l’excellence opérationnelle, de l’amélioration du service et des projets à petite échelle.

- Créer des communications portant sur des incidents.

- Gérer les incidents et (ou) prêter main-forte à la gestion des incidents.

- Aider les clients qui ont des questions sur des services qui sont pris en charge par le service de soutien.

- Aider à la collecte de données pour les indicateurs et les rapports, au besoin.

- Respecter les principes directeurs de l’équipe.

- Prendre part aux processus d’intégration et de transfert du service.

 

 

This role is to be part of the global Security Administration team which covers Firmwide control function for Privileged Access Administration and Exceptions

Management. The candidate will be part of the global team with global responsibilities and must be comfortable working in a global team environment.

- Support of the Security Administration Hotline

- a customer facing phone line for security administration requests and issues.

- Process work requests by monitoring and maintaining work queues.

- Interpret customer requests, validate that approval processes are followed; track and report on privileged access and exception grants, revokes and suspensions; by referencing the documented procedures.

- Contribute to and improve documentation.

- Take direction from the Global Operations Manager.

- Own operational excellence, service improvement, and small scale projects.

- Initiate incident communications.

- Manage incidents and/or assist in incident management.

- Assist clients with questions on supported services.

- Assist in gathering data for metrics and reports when necessary.

- Follow the teams Operating Principles.

- Part of the service onboarding and handoff processes.
