NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Account Service Specalist Advisor to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).



•Holding all Governance Meetings:◦Running Quarterly Business Review meetings with the VP of Clinical Systems and Integration
◦Running MCIT Operational Meeting of End User Services.
◦Hosting Monthly Epic Support Desk meetings


•Technical and Clinical point person for the client: Work closely with internal personnel such as Business Consulting Director and CDE.
•Directing the efforts of Technical and Clinical  towers to achieve operational objectives on the account
•Compiling both Technical and Clinical monthly decks coordinating between the two delivery tower
•Actively participating in Contractual discussion of task order changes to the account.
•Produce and submit daily SBI reporting
•Point person representing NTT DATA Services for both Clinical and Technical activities
•Integration of their new acquisition of hospitals which included all ambulatory, hospitals and affiliate sites.
•Participating in all command center activities supporting the transitions with the new acquistiions
•Partnering with Senior  NTT DATA Services and Client Management to come up with unique process and procedures to support the integration of the new projects into the Client's current processes and their  current and new offerings of  MyWall, Duo, Surveyor
•Producing ad-hoc in-depth complex metrics for the MyWall offering and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders including the CIO.
•Participating in all command center activities supporting the transitions with the new hopsitals and MyWall
•Will be the lead in the transition of the new hopsital Helpdesk team over to NTT DATA Services.  90-day transition. The current timeline is to transition by March 3rd.
