NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT Services SVP Sales - Financial Services & Banking to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).



NTT DATA’s Financial Service leverages deep industry expertise to provide the insights, solutions and outcomes our customers need to succeed across all lines of financial services and banking. We help customers integrate business strategy with enabling technologies and process optimization that enable them to compete.  Additionally, we utilize digital solutions to deliver superior customer service, innovate new products, build analytics and manage risk to ensure security, privacy and compliance in a global regulatory environment.  We seek a Senior Vice President of Sales to develop go-to-market strategy and lead sales and business development initiatives to expand growth within existing Banking and Financial Services customers as well as secure new logos.  This individual will partner with other NTT Data leaders and internal solutions and support organizations to execute sales strategy focused on growing market share in this market vertical.    



  • Orchestration and execution of a $600M+ annual Sales Plan
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and promote continuous development of Business Development staff and senior Sales Executive team of 20
  • Generate, contribute, track, and manage new sales and account plan formulation
  • Engage interdisciplinary account teams (BD, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Recruiting, etc.) to ensure successful workflow process and support
  • Act as senior resource to Sales Executive team to include meeting with prospective, existing and former clients to assist with sales process when needed
  • Promote solution-selling, value add techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and establish “business partner” relationships at customer’s C-Suite
  • Manage sales tracking, attainment of sales goals and reporting of sales goals and results
  • Promote an entrepreneur, hunting sales environment focused on increasing market share and continued brand recognition



  • 15 plus years of I.T. Services/Consulting industry experience to include specific leadership responsibilities (hire, measure, develop, etc.) for a National Sales team/organization
  • Banking and Financial Services industry knowledge with solid understanding of industry trends, solutions, and business drivers
  • Background in developing and successfully managing sales organization strategy resulting in enhanced market penetration and increase market share
  • Experience building, managing, and measuring a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization with annual TCV of at least $400M-$500M
  • Exposure to selling multiple services offerings from Consulting, Technology, BPO, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security
  • Market-relevant knowledge of Digital, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud marketplace solutions
  • Demonstrate a history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals focused on demonstrating value-add solutions across customer’s enterprise
  • Experience working with Third Party Advisory Firms such as TPI, Equaterra, etc. 
  • Position requires regular travel which could exceed 60%
