NTT DATA Services currently seeks a I.T. Solutions Business Development Advisor to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate with account sales team in customer meetings advocating NTT Data point of view and identifying how it aligns to customer’s business needs
  • Will own action items associated with creating client proposals and statements of work that demonstrate value propositions and how the resolve client issues and meet their business needs
  • Partner with Client Executive, Sales Executive and Delivery Executive to support revenue growth opportunities utilizing a consultative and value-added approach and develop deal pursuit strategies
  • Manage solution development activities such as gathering requirements, resource planning, costing and price modeling, and following up with internal partners regarding assign activities and deadlines
  • Liaison to the account delivery teams to discuss solution including documenting potential risk factors and mitigation strategies
  • Will participate in a number of activities that involve collaborating with numerous internal support organizations to align resources such as: operations, contracts, finance, human resources, proposals and other departments to ensure price proposals are professional, compliant, accurate, competitive and profitable

 

Requirements:

  • 4 plus years of I.T. Services experience in a Project Manager, Business Development, or Business Analyst customer facing role
  • Seek a combination of experience to include any of the following: project management, solutions development, proposal development, and/or business development
  • Successfully managed timelines and associated action/deliver items related to the above experience
  • Gathered and documenting business requirements related conducting due diligence of customers business and/or technology environment
  • Delivered business and/or technical presentations conveying point of view or desired coarse of action
  • Able to travel up to 30%

 

Preferences:

  • Experience in selling I.T. Services or Technology Solutions with a knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Bachelor’s Degree
