We are currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Infrastructure Manager to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Position is fully remote/work-at-home during COVID restrictions.  Post-COVID, the position will be onsite at bank offices in Manhattan, White Plains or Jersey City.

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

• Need a bilingual Japanese Project Manager to support the infrastruction environment of a Japanese global bank
• Work with the local project manager and team to provide governance and communication support in the Exchange / Lotus Notes environment
• Report the critical issues and status to the Japanese senior management
• Collaborate and interact with multiple organizations to resolve issues
• Develop a roadmap to improve the exchange environment

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Native level fluency in Japanese (speaking and writing)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Exchange environment
• Minimum 3 years of management / team lead experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting an environment with 1000+ user environment
• Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have, but not a must):

• Experience in Lotus Notes and Proofpoint
