NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Software Development Sr Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

 

 

Role Responsibilities:
Candidate will be required to provide L2 & L3 support, and analysis & troubleshooting whenever required. Prior experience in this is required.
Candidate will be required to do coordination between teams/customer.
Oncall support is also expected and Working hrs will be as per Irish Work Hrs (12:30 PM to 10:30 PM in summers and 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM)
Ensure assigned tasks are completed within targets set (the tasks include incidents, service requests, identified problems, Operational changes, enhancements etc).
Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality of deliverables.
Candidate will be responsible for writing maintainable, unit-tested code to solve business problems in an agile and fast-faced environment.
Develop code using Java/J2EE.
Candidate should have worked on at least one project having involvement Java, J2EE framework and able use them in future with minimal help required.
Candidate should aware of best practices to use during implementation.
 
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of Java applications production support
Experience in Java/J2EE technology.
Knowledge on UNIX and Oracle Database.
Good exposure to SQL/PLSQL  
Good communication and coordination experience between teams
BFSI domain experience would be preferred.
Ability to work in a 24 x 7 setting as either on-call or escalation contact.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business and technical IT management.
3 Key Skills: 
- Communication & ability to work with customer directly
- Strong Analytical & trouble shooting to meet client SLA every time
- Strong Development and Level 2 Support skills with excellent verbal and written communication
Basic Qualifications:
B Tech, BE, MCA in CS
Knowledge on Software development life cycle and processes.
