NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Jr. Cyber Engineer to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).



Roles and Responsibilities:


•Maintain and update all IA documentation to include the Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditation as required by DoD/DoN regulations.

•CSOC Operations

•Monitor all IA appliances and system logs

•Conduct daily, weekly and monthly network audits

•Process and verify compliance with all Information Assurance Vulnerabilities (IAVM’s)

•Review and verify compliance with all Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG’S)

•Maintain compliance on all servers, workstations, laptops and network equipment.

•Administer and Run the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)

•Monitor and maintain the latest HBSS ePO / ESS suite

Specific Tasks:

•Work with the ISSM on all cyber security related matters

•Assist with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and the certification and accreditation.

•Daily monitor real time Cyber Security systems.

•On a daily, weekly and monthly monitor all IA systems logs

•Conduct weekly network audits as required by DoD/DoN regulations.

•Review IAVM’s on a weekly basis as required

•Review as needed all the required STIGS for the network, servers and workstations.

•Implement, maintain and run bi-monthly ACAS vulnerability scans on all servers, workstations and appliances.

•Audit all ACAS scans and provide results to the system team.

•Monitor and maintain the latest HBSS ePO / ESS suite


Required Education:


•Typically requires at least 6 years relevant experience without a Degree; 2+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 1+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree

 Required Experience & Skills:

•Minimum of 1+ years in the DOD cyber security workforce.
•1+ Years with network switching and routing
•1+ Years with Microsoft Server 2012 R2
•1+ Years with DIACAP/RMF C&A process
•1+ Years in scripting, to include PowerShell and Perl
•1+ Years with V-RAM management
•1+ Years with eMASS
•1+ Years with ACAS software
•1+ Years with HBSS suite
•1+ Years with DoD/DoN IA policies and directives.
•1+ Years of STIG and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) processing.





•Security + or equivalent

•Operating system Certification

•HBSS certification

•ACAS certification
