We are currently seeking a Service Desk Associate to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (US-OK), United States (US).

Day to Day Job Duties:

• Provide ongoing processing of incidents, problems, and service requests generated by users
• Meet and maintain contract SLAs for customer service performance
• Respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely process for client problem resolutions, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
• Respond to all forms of requests for technical support (telephone, email, chat, etc.)
• Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
• Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operational difficulties
• Recommending system modifications to reduce user problems
• Create knowledge base articles

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience with basic hardware and software products and diagnostic/problem-solving skills
• 2+ years of work experience in troubleshooting computer systems or doing IT support
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates Degree
• ITIL Foundation
• Working knowledge of basic hardware and software products and diagnostic/problem-solving skills
