NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Process Analyst to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

 

 

This individual will be a key member of our team delivering Process Analysis and Optimization solutions for our clients. We expect this individual to provide specific functional expertise and experience with health insurance processes.

 

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will manage and/or participate the following types of engagements:

  • Enterprise process assessments
  • Process consolidation and roadmapping
  • Process optimization for improved efficiency, quality, and/or role versatility
  • Business analysis in support of process optimization, including
    • Development of client vision and goals
    • Strategic and Enterprise Analysis
    • Strategic planning and financial management, investment analysis

 

The qualified candidate must have: 

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years in industry within a financial management group.
  • Experience in utilizing and tuning methodologies for process assessment, analysis, design, and tracking to meet client needs.
  • Strong facilitation and documentation skills (SIPOC, swim lanes, etc.)
  • Experience working closely with executives, both technical and operational.
  • Consulting experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel

 

Additional qualifications, which are a plus, include:

  • Hands on experience one or more common process analysis and optimization methodologies, including but not limited to six-sigma, ITIL, CMMI, or lean.
  • Experience with healthcare consumerism initiatives and consumer directed health products are a big plus.
  • Enterprise process optimization methodology with agile development process experience are also a big plus.
  • Demonstrable skills and knowledge in other functional areas of business, such as enrollment, member services, health claims processing, provider relations, utilization management, etc.
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with enterprise analysis and alignment
  • Strong Business Analysis skills
