NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Workforce Business Process Analyst to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

 

 

Workforce Business Process Analyst

The workforce business process analyst is responsible for analyzing operational insights captured through multiple sources, including process owners and SMEs as well as objective data provided by Salesforce Lightning:  quality, volumes, productivity, etc…for the purpose of organizing, strategizing and presenting recommendations to leadership to improve processes and workforce management.   At a minimum, the workforce business process analyst will perform the following functions:

Identifies productivity opportunities and communicates recommended solutions to corporate leadership
Executing global initiatives resulting in increased productivity of the workforce such as optimization of spans of control, management levels, labor pyramids, on/offshore ratios, utilization, sub/employee ratios, employee rotations and backfills
Establish utilization standards and ensure the appropriate use of non-billable resources to reduce/minimize the cost of persistently underutilized resources  
Directs workforce competency development programs to increase the availability of critical skillsets and specific resource categories


Job Responsibilities and Skills

10+ years of total experience and 5 years experience with business operations activities in a large, complex and rapidly growing global business environment
Proven ability to execute large scale initiatives in a global onsite/offshore model to improve workforce efficiency, and cost structure while maintaining service quality and employee morale
Experience leading a team of leaders regardless of direct reporting relationship
Relevant experience in multiple areas such as business operations, business consulting, project/program management
Desired

Working knowledge of IT workforce(s) in a business operations, workforce management or human capital role
Hospitality experience is a plus
Bachelor degree in Business, HR, Operations or Quality Assurance
Superior organizational and communication skills
Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methods
