NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Analyst to join our team in Pentagon City, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).  MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET OR TOP SECRET CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED.



The Analyst will be responsible for supporting a multi-faceted, fast-paced Program Management Office (PMO) within a law enforcement IT environment. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the analytical needs of the PMO, high ranking individuals, and other cross functional teams. The individual must possess solid organizational, record keeping, analytical, and communications (i.e., writing and verbal) skills and must be detailed oriented with high-level of accuracy. Experience working with Master Schedules and Plan, and other business acumen is a plus. Must be able and willing to take detailed notes/minutes, develop agendas and be an integral part of a fast paced business environment. The candidate must possess strong relationship and customer service skills to conduct friendly communications and interfaces with varying customers including high-level executives and staff. The candidate must also be able to work independently or under supervision depending upon the task. At a minimum, the individual must be experienced in using Microsoft Office products/tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, and SharePoint).

The Analyst, with a minimum of five (5) years' experience, shall have the following responsibilities in order to support the PMO:
• Establishes in-take control records on action documents and follows up on work in-progress to ensure timely action.
• Takes action, as identified by the PMO on tasks and assignments.
• Provides support facilitation to include taking notes and producing structured minutes at a variety of meetings at levels for executives and or staff.
• Obtains clarification of instructions from originating offices or appropriate focal points.
• Brings significant items in reports, files, and correspondence to the supervisor’s attention.
• Prepares business reports and composes correspondence based on the PMO’s direction.
• Assists with maintaining and monitoring Master Schedules, Plans, and schedules cross-functional meetings using Microsoft Office Outlook.
• Prepares meeting agenda, meeting minutes, action item log, and email notifications.
• Attends meetings, documents commitments and action items made, informs staff of commitments/action items, and arranges for staff to follow through on implementation.
• Arranges meeting space, presenters, and support details for cross-functional meetings.
• Updates SharePoint sites and cleanup as needed.
• Performs web research to obtain internal and external documentation and information (e.g., policies, guidance, directives, legislation) at the direction of executives or identified staff.
• Documents findings (e.g., links, soft copy document, written and/or verbal narrative), and communicates findings to executive management and/or staff.
• Performs an organized filing function of all documentation, memorandums, and other pertinent information as directed by the office executives and staff.
• Produces/updates/edits/formats program support material using various office software programs including, but not limited to, spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and graphic presentation software (e.g., MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, e-Forms, and Visio) to meet specific requirements.
• Identifies the appropriate office software programs to produce the required support materials.
• Support IT inventories as needed.
• Perform other administrative responsibilities as identified.



  • Active Secret clearance
  • Five (5) year's experience in an Analyst role
  • Minimum AA degree (2 years of additional experience can be substituted as AA degree)
