We are currently seeking a Sitecore Development Lead to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Position is Fully Remote/Work at Home.  Possible relocation to Plano, Texas when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Supports large and critical software applications within the organization
• Viewed as a technical expert or advisor for one or more applications.
• Participates on (and may lead) projects where analysis of systems or data requires an in-depth evaluation of complex business process, system process, and industry standards
• Regularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members
• Executes schedules, costs and documentation to ensure assigned projects come to successful conclusion
• Initiates corrective action to stay on project schedules
• Overall responsibility for the project execution as per the customer standards/requirements within agreed duration (in SOW)
• Planning and estimating for the project, tracking the plan up to date
• Review and Approval of project plans and estimates
• Review and Approval of technical documents
• Interviewing and on boarding resources for the project
• Allocating tasks/requirements documented by BA
• Reporting project status to stakeholders
• Tracking and monitoring the project as per the plan
• Getting the inspections/reviews done as per the plan
• Conducting project meetings and Customer communication
• Metrics collection, analysis and usage
• Participate in Client meetings and discussions
• Timely escalation of issues to Account manager / Delivery Manager
• Mentor the project team
• Acting as first point of escalation for day to day service issues
• Will ensure that there is a good onsite – offshore co-ordination for optimal service delivery
• Weekly/ Monthly status reporting
• Ensure on-time delivery

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum four years' hands-on software development experience on Sitecore initiatives, version 9.1 or above
• At least one software development project using Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Web components and enhancements
• Experience with GIT repositories
• Experience with Azure Repos
• Experience with Brainjocks
