NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Cyber Security Penetration Tester to join our team in Plano Texas

 

 

Responsibilities

As a direct report to the Direct report to Director of Security operations, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of current and past malware, attack methodologies, and adversaries.
  • Experience in malware reversing both static and dynamic.
  •  Application testing – Dynamic and Static analysis testing experience
  • Perform  Application Security assessment - Experience in Web Application Penetration Testing, Secure code review, Mobile application security testing and Network penetration testing.
  •  Perform of mobile application security testing (Android & iOS) is a plus
  •  Source code review/Secure code review
  • Support security incident response as required;
  • .

 

Skills and Experience

Experience

  • 7 years+ in Information Security space;
  • 6+ years in technical writing, developing technical documents, and incident response reporting.
  • Knowledge of OWASP tools and methodologies. •
  • Understanding and knowledge on Security Attack Vectors •
  • Hands-on experience on both commercial and open source tools like: Metasploit, Kali Linux, AppScan, WebInspect, Qualys, Nmap, Burp, ZAP etc.
  •  In-depth knowledge of common website vulnerabilities OWASP Top 10 such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting, remote/local file inclusion, privilege escalation, directory traversal, etc • Knowledge of Security Flaws and its Resolution as listed in sites like OWASP, SANS etc.
  • 6+ years of experience Application security  or pen testing;
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation abilities;
  • Strong scripting capabilities;
  • Strong experience with Unix/Linux system administration;
  • Some experience with logging and alerting platforms, including SIEM integration;
  • Current understanding of Industry trends and emerging threats; and
  • Knowledge of incident response methodologies and technologies.
  • Must hold one of the following certifications:
  • GIAC Systems and Network Auditor (GSNA)
  • GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
  • Certified Computer Security Incident Handler (CSIH)
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH

 

Desirable

  • Well-rounded background in network, host, database, and application security;
  • Experience implementing security controls in a bi-modal IT environment;
