NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Delivery Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 

 

Basic Qualifications


10 years of Solution Architecture in EUC experience

10 years of Business Development experience

5 years of experience in Asset Migration, Asset Management, Field Services and Desktop Support Services

 

Travel 50 to 60% of the time and working remote the rest of the time

 

Responsibilities;

 

Focal contact from Delivery organization for providing SME support to sales and architect departments for Service Desk and End-User Services pursuits
Assist TA’s with inquiries related to solution architecture of deals and the supportability from Delivery for enabling a passing review in governance
Assist in designing cost reductions utilizing automation and shift-left functions to allow for YOY cost reductions while limiting exposure and risk from a delivery perspective
Provide and/or create documentation needed for responses. This can be PowerPoint presentations, SOW’s and service descriptions, or custom language for requests for RFP’s
Other various inquiries around capabilities, capacity, next gen strategies, etc.
Participate in TA team review calls and Community of Practice forums
Support Sales organization as Delivery SME for presenting to prospective clients across all vertical industries and market sizes
This includes 1st level to multi-level meetings and pursuit presentations via telephone and onsite; ability to travel domestically regularly and globally on occasion
Capability to develop presentation and present to C-level customers and large audiences to discuss capabilities and effectively address Q&A about solution and delivery organization, methodologies, and strategies
Provide and/or create documentation needed for responses. This can be PowerPoint presentations, SOW’s and service descriptions, or custom language for responses to RFP’s
Scope development and negotiations with 3rd party partners in support of solutions where partner utilization is required
Potential support in reviewing and/or approving solutions for EUS towers as part of governance procedures
Support requests from sales and delivery (CE/CDE) for existing customers
Support efforts for Product Management and offering development
Opportunities to expand business
Service delivery challenges and support in driving service improvement
Assist in building and implementing action plans to improve SLA’s, CSAT, cost, or other factors that may be negatively effecting the overall delivery to the client
Meet and work with Regional Delivery Director(s) to drive objectives
Efforts to drive efficiency in building standardized service offerings that increase the speed to market for sales while creating repeatable solutions for delivery to execute
Assist in building product offering documentation, cost models, governance review, and field training
Bring thought leadership around industry solutions and trends in the market to drive solution architecture and delivery approaches
Strong understanding of all of the components of the EUS offering to enable holistic solution approaches rather than individual towers
Bring lessons learned and best practices from previous pursuits to enable effective new deal pursuit
Serve as the conduit between Sales, Architecture, and Delivery to ensure solutions are cost aggressive and able to be sold while capable of being delivered to scope with limited risk
Ability to effectively challenge and reason with different organizations to drive objectives
Assist in cost model management- updates based on efficiency adjustments, methodology changes, and other related changes to the delivery model that have effects within the cost model
Support efforts for driving NTT Data’s position with Industry Analysts such as Gartner, Forrester, Everest, ISG, etc.
Support various projects and evaluations around automation and next-gen technology initiatives as they relate to EUS services and opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness gains in NTT Data offerings
