NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Enterprise Planning and Sales Operations Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).



A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks an Enterprise Planning and Sales Operations Advisor to join the Sales Operations team in Plano, TX. The Enterprise Planning and Sales Operations Advisor’s primary role is to provide business and market intelligence to our sellers.  We help make them the smartest and best-informed person in the room.  Our number one priority is to help GROW Revenue.  We do that by helping our seller community build relationships, by providing them with useful and timely market and business intel they need to be successful.

Daily activities include:

  • Monitoring and validating new account additions in Salesforce
  • Mining Salesforce opportunities to share informative collateral that has already been produced
  • Improving Data Quality in Salesforce at the Account, Opportunity and Contact object level
  • Assist department director with annual resource planning and manage accounts payable
  • Identify and scope out new research and analytic projects that will help the business grow revenue and improve close rates
  • Be a walking/talking billboard for the market intelligence team and drive/encourage demand for the services we offer our sellers
  • Provide input into the strategic decision-making process.
  • Provide daily management of SharePoint project planner and process cases in Salesforce and to monitor/manage the request tracker and assign/track resources to each deliverable.
  • Interface with offshore peers, across both data analytics and market research functions.
  • Manage business relationships with assigned account owners and maintain inter-department relationships with other teams.
  • Provide care and feeding of our systems of record (Salesforce and SharePoint)



Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years previous experience performing data analysis
  • 3+ years experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • 5+ years proven track record of successful project delivery results
  • 7+ years in IT Services industry with at least 3 years in a similar role


Other skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen
  • Operations knowledge of the delivery lines of business (LOBs) and associated service towers, or the ability to learn
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong departmental and interdepartmental relationships
  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple critical priorities and spot areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness
