NTT DATA Services currently seeks a I.T. Services Large Deal Pursuit Executive - Commercial to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).




  • Sales Pursuit Leader for large complex mega-deal outsourcing transactions leveraging NTT Data’s global capabilities to win
  • Lead the NTT Data pursuit team in creating and executing the sales strategy to win, owning all aspects of the deal, from deal kickoff to contract closure
  • Create, leverage and nurture relationships with Third Party Advisory firms to drive a large mega-deal transactions channel
  • Demonstrate total command of the deal proactively managing all the unique aspects and challenges of a large mega-deal on a foundation of sound business acumen
  • Proactively manage all deal specific communication, messaging, and expectations internally and externally
  • Demonstrate discipline and rigor in using Franklin Covey’s Helping Clients Succeed sales methodology
  • Demonstrate an executive presence in all interactions


  • 15 plus years’ experience with 10 plus in I.T. Services/Consulting sales leading large deal pursuits that are multi-year, complex, multi-tower services involving a combination of: Infrastructure Services, Application Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Digital Technologies, and Consulting Services
  • Experience working with Third Party Advisory firms such as ISG, Avasant, Deloitte, E&Y, etc.
  • Industry domain knowledge across a combination of: Consumer, Retail, Transportation, Travel, Hospitality, Communications, Media, Entertainment, Technology, and Services
  • Past success identifying, developing, and managing relationships at the senior executive and C Suite levels
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization where alignment of many internal partners and support organizations will be required for success
  • Knowledge with global solutions, complex service delivery models, creative deal constructs, and strong understanding of financial, operational, and legal risk profiles typically seen in large mega-deals
  • Detailed understanding of the I.T. Services and Consulting competitive landscape to include: criteria to compete, sales strategy development and execution, and value-add communication that resonates at customers’ executive suite
  • Able to travel up to 65%
