We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager - Health Plan Data and Analytics to join our team remotely in the United States.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review business context for data and analytics solutions to address industry challenges
  • Assist with definition of the vision and requirements for the solutions, recommending potential options, selecting the optimal option, and developing a roadmap for the selected solution
  • Assist with selection of frameworks, platforms, or tech-stack to be used to create data and analytics solutions and determining the risk in third-party frameworks/platforms
  • Communicate the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborate and coordinate with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures
  • Provide broad technical leadership, impact significant technical direction, and exert influence outside of the immediate team, driving change in common vision, practices, and capabilities across teams
  • Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet solution needs, and lead solution architecture and design of solutions with industry partners and Health Plan partners
  • Generate expansion in clients through the identification and solicitation of new opportunities for data and analytics consulting and implementation
  • Assist client-facing project teams by serving as a consultant to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect and design data and analytic solutions, which may include answering RFIs, RFPs, creating SOWs or prototype development
  • Work internally to capture best practices, develop case studies, sales collateral, and other core deliverables to build solution offerings
  • Travel 50% or more of the time as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, analytics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience 

 

  • 8+ years recent Big 4 and/or other large consulting firm or combination of consulting and industry vertical experience driving the development of collateral/assets, building and managing client and executive relationships, leading proposals and delivering solutions, within the Financial Services industry

 

  • 5+ years’ experience driving new business by owning and defining offerings and leading go-to-market programs. Having developed and presented custom solutions and pricing estimates, which required identifying market priorities and partnering with sales and client teams. Specifically responsible for managing delivery of work totaling $3M+ in revenue/project budget

 

  • Expert knowledge designing highly redundant, scalable, multi-tier enterprise transaction processing systems from front-end to back end

 

  • In depth knowledge of healthcare and health plan data structures and business processes and workflows

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience building, leading, coaching, hiring and managing a matrixed and cross-functional teams

 

  • 7+ years leading successful projects in the data space focused on helping clients with Cloud Adoption, Digital Transformation, Data Science / Advanced Analytics, Data Governance/Data Management, MDM, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture / Integration, or Big Data 

 

  • 3+ years experience with HIPAA security and privacy standards

 

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics in a health plan or TPA is required

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $115,100- $234,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
