NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Broker Commissions Director to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).



Duties and Responsibilities


Incumbents of this job shall be responsible for end to end process delivery for Broker and Commissions They will also be responsible for stabilizing transitioned processes and defining SOPs. They will be the face of the project to the end customer and will be responsible for developing operational, tactical, and strategic plans to ensure adherence to Business outcomes.


Undertakes operational planning for the process

Ensures real-time monitoring of process status

Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group

Ensures optimal capacity utilization

Client interaction

Acts as an escalation for outstanding items

Provide expertise on Broker incentives and commissions

Assumes responsibility for accuracy, service and results of a team.

Develops Strategic plans, schedules, and key milestones.

Works closely with tactical team to monitor daily progress/status to ensure optimal performance and service

Applies broad job and technical skills

Develops an understanding of internal operations and how related functional areas interact to achieve results

Provides support and oversight to assigned team.

Builds trust; explains the rationale behind processes, approaches and decisions.

Motivates others and promotes collaboration.

Resolves issues elevated by customer and internal team members.

Adapts team priorities to respond to customer and business partner needs.

Leads and drives improvement initiatives.

Implements and ensures adherence to service delivery standards.

Assumes responsibility for sales objectives.

Reviews structured problems

Selects and applies appropriate standards/guidelines.

Probes beyond the stated situation.

Identifies underlying issues and consider possible alternatives.

Is a subject matter expert in the Health Care domain/industry for which the process is being run

Interacts with customers and internal departments to resolve issues


Role Requirements


Undergraduate degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. A graduate degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience

Previous managerial/leadership experience required.

Knowledgeable with how Brokers are compensated.
