NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Employee Relations Sr. Analyst to join our team in Quezon City, National Capital Region (PH-00), Philippines (PH).

The Opportunity

For more than 30 years, our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team has implemented the processes and technologies for our clients that bring about real transformation for customers of all sizes. Our end-to-end administrative services help streamline operations, improve productivity and strengthen cash flow to help our customers stay competitive and improve member satisfaction.

 

This team is currently seeking a “Employee Relations Specialist” to join our team in Quezon City.

 

  • Collaborates with leadership in the development of appropriate employee relations strategies and tactics to drive positive change
  • Manages employee grievance administration process
  • Coaches local HR and leadership in labor relations trends, issues and techniques to promote positive labor relations Partners with local HR team, building local capability to address day-to-day employee issues
  • Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures
  • Consults with leadership on labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, diversity, and compensation issues as well as ensure that all human resources practices are compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, labor contracts, and relevant statutes
  • Ensures that local legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability
  • Provides support in all areas of employee relations and engagement programs
  • Administers approved organization-wide employee relations policies and practices
  • Assists in internal audits/investigations of employee relations issues and makes recommendations to resolve issues
  • May participate in grievance procedures and exit interview
