NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Customer Care Associate for Healthcare Provider Network to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts (US-MA), TT DATA Services currently seeks a Customer Care Senior Associate to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

 

 

In these roles you will be responsible for:
• Accurate interpretation of the request submitted for the provider/practitioner to determine required action
• Research in Provider database to determine if request is new or has already been received and/or completed
• Meet productivity and quality standards to ensure team meets Service Level Agreements with Customer
• Interact with NTT Data teams as necessary to fulfill the provider/practitioner request
• Special projects and other duties as assigned

 

Requirements for this role include:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detailed oriented
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to use laptop, tools necessary to support the department
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-Motivated
• Able to work in both a team environment and independently

 

Preferences:
• Healthcare Knowledge
• Provider/Practitioner terminology and work-related experience
• SunGard, MACESS EXP
• MS Outlook experience
• NDM, Provider Manager
• Networks Pro/NPPES Registry

 

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm. The shift timings may be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends based on business requirements.
