NTT DATA Services is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager Dynamic Workplace Services for our growing team in Romania.




NTT DATA is growing our Workplace Platform Services team and is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our organization.  This position is responsible for representing services to WPS account teams (business processes, business systems, people/teams, tools and automation) and help drive growth.  The position will work closely with the operational teams in support of VDI, Citrix, Desktop Engineering, Mobility, Automation SMEs, Field Services, Service Desk and Finance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leader that will be responsible for delivering services to multiple accounts
  • Accountable for the delivery of service commitments (SLA’s) to assigned customer
  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
  • Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous service improvement
  • Monitor and control the management of DWS account deliverables while ensuring efficient utilization of project resources
  • Manage cost and recovery along with ongoing capacity planning and procurement
  • Maintain open communications among stakeholders and affected parties
  • Perform analysis that reflects actual vs. planned cost of our business
  • Manage standards, procedures, and practices for recordkeeping of contractual agreements
  • Work closely with Product Management, VDI/Desktop/Mobility/Automation leaders, Service Delivery, and other key stakeholders to define and prioritize business and system requirements, as well as lead the definition, development, and delivery of the future state capabilities
  • Coordinate the activities of technical team members to meet contract obligations
  • Coordinate with the assigned account team and/or customer to grow the services footprint within the assigned account
  • Define business and functional elements based on the market requirements defined by the Support service delivery in the development and adoption of new delivery capabilities
  • Support teams executing the processes – especially during launch and initial rollout



  • Must understand traditional service delivery but be able to infuse innovative approaches
  • Previous experience leading a program that is outcome-based and inclusive of all related business activities
  • Expertise in service management, spanning tools, procedures and implementing client requirements
  • Experience with delivery management
  • Ability to translate technical aspects into standardized delivery approaches
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the responsibilities outlined above
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Ability to excel with limited direction


Additional requirement

  • Working hours are U.S. standard working hours from 8am-5pm Eastern (i.e. 3pm-12am RO time)
