NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Analyst - Medicaid to join our team in Richardson, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 

 

Duties:

• Assess high level technical Epics, verifying they are complete, accurate and are good quality
• Review RFPs and proposals
• Review business epics and user stories
• Review architecture diagrams
• Review requirements traceability matrix
• Interview business implementation team, technical business analysts, and solution architect as needed
• Validate that the impact to people, processes and technology is fully documented, including the degree of that change
• Participate actively in workstream triad (i.e., PM, Business Implementation BA, and Technical BA), ensuring technical epics are implemented
• Collaborate actively with triad
• Attend regularly scheduled workstream meetings, participating actively in discussions
• Edit/write additional technical epics as they are identified
• Refine existing technical epics as needed
• Work with product and vendor BAs to refine epics and design solution
• Ensure change requests are completed timely and completely, updating all documentation as required
• Assist triad in identifying workstream priorities
• Ensure requirements are assessed and implemented in the context of an end to end process flow, ensuring technical integrations are implemented and full business process works from end-to-end
• Ensure the appropriate SMEs and technical resources are present at all architecture, design, and testing reviews
• Identify dependencies within the workstream, across the workstreams, or with other projects/programs
• Ensure this dependency is represented in the schedule and other project documentation
• Identify any high-risk dependencies as a project risk with an assigned risk owner and mitigation strategy
• Ensure business SMEs are involved and review key decisions and participate actively for their area of expertise
• Assess and identify any resource constraints impacting the workstream
• Review test results and related defects
• Ensure integrated testing occurs, reviewing test results as needed
• Actively identify and report any risks or issues to the successful implementation of the workstream
• Monitor implementation of epics to ensure they are done on time, and the requirements are fully delivered
• Perform implementation readiness assessment

 

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of Medicaid experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Provider, Member, Managed Care and Quality, Pharmacy, Claims, Encounters, Finance
• 4+ years of experience working on large, complex DDI projects
 

Nice to have skills:

Experience in test case development, execution, and reporting
• Experience developing and reviewing DDI deliverables
• Experience in working on projects with multiple vendors
• Experience reviewing project schedules and ensuring dependencies are captured
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
