NTT DATA Services currently seeks a MITA and Medicaid Enterprise Systems Planning Expert to join our team in Sacramento, California (US-CA), United States (US).

 

 

The Senior Consultant will be recognized as a MITA and Medicaid Enterprise Systems planning expert, experienced working with state Medicaid agencies to plan and procure solutions that meet the state’s needs. The Senior Consultant will document business needs, functional requirements, goals/outcomes, and assist the state with RFP development to procure needed solutions.

 

 

  • Provide MITA expertise and assist State Medicaid agencies with Medicaid Enterprise Systems planning and procurement
  • Facilitate executive-level Visioning and support multiple state Medicaid Enterprise Systems planning efforts
  • Assist states to define and implement modular solutions for the Medicaid Enterprise
  • Develop/write RFPs
  • Mentor other consulting staff to increase MITA expertise and understanding/awareness of CMS requirements and guidance for the Medicaid Enterprise
  • Experience working with State Medicaid agencies to plan and implement IT systems/solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Experience developing/maintaining APDs
  • Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately in written and verbal English
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under strict timelines
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can do” attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.

 

Must have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with MITA and Medicaid systems planning and solutioning
  • Minimum 3 years developing RFPs for State government agencies

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
