NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Data Security Specialist (Health Care) to join our team in Sacramento, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Overview:

Ther succeful candidate willk apply his knowledge of information security concepts, technical solutions and threat vectors to strenghten protections for large volumes of highly confidential information.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Three years of experience working with information security concepts, technical solutions, and threat vectors in protecting large volumes of highly confidential information;
  • Three years of experience working on large IT projects including the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex modifications in relation to security;
  • Three years of experience validating complex systems changes by analyzing functional and technical design documentation in relation to security.
  • Three years of experience working with HIPAA, and federal and state security compliance.
  • Three years of experience researching and proposing alternative security solutions, evaluating alternative security solutions, and recommending an optimal security solution; and
  • Three years of experience providing security oversight and working with regulatory agencies.

 

Strongly Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the federal or state Medicaid support business.
  • Knowledge of federal or state business enterprises, and the ability to apply that knowledge in proposing and designing information technology security related solutions.
  • Ability to understanding existing legacy subsystems and apply information security principles.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) principles
