NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Cerner RADNet Healthcare Consultant to join our team in Springfield, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US), or any remote location in the United States with 80% travel (M-Th).



The Cerner RadNet Healthcare Consultant works as a liaison among the customer stakeholders in order to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.  Our ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Cerner RadNet with recent (3 months or less) hands on implementation of Cerner version 2015.01.20.



  • Elicit, analyze, design, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
  • Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • Directly interfaces with Information Technologies’ internal customers at the Individual Contributor, Manager, and Director levels
  • Map current to future state including development of Gap analysis and remediation plan while insuring the Cerner applications are implemented and maintained in line with the agreed strategy to ensure sound healthcare clinical and financial practices.
  • Completing activities necessary to implement the module(s) applicable to the department, including assisting in the planning and refining of departmental operating policies and procedures in light of automation, assisting in the planning of and conducting training and software testing. 
  • Work with other Technical, Business and Clinical Lead/ Analysts to address interface and domain overlap issues and conflicts and resolves disputes.
  • Ensure the integrity, reliability, consistency and efficiency of integration between the departments relative to the Flow of information, Clinical Work processes, Clinical logic, and Contextual meaning.
  • Thrive in a team environment, and will have significant interaction with hospital and enterprise technology leaders engaged in planning, design and conversion activities.
  • Lead customer integrated work groups including agenda, actions items, minutes, etc.
  • Technical writing and documentation.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of IT industry experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working as a consultant in the healthcare industry
  • 7+ years of experience working with Cerner RadNet.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Must be willing to travel M-Th every week, working remotely on Friday
