NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project/Program Management with Secret Clearance to join our team in Sterling, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

 

 

Provide project management support:
o   Provide PM support for component migrations.
o   Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, prepare meeting minutes.
o   Prepare and provide technical, management, and operational briefings.
o   Create/maintain data center migration processes and corresponding forms.
o   Maintain and coordinate data center service catalog.
o   Collaborate with other internal/external components to ensure standard process development across components.
o   Participate in DC working groups and develop associated documentation.
o   Provide Risk Management support.
o   Document and track project action items.
o   Develop chargeback models for data center services and provide quarterly invoices.
o   Assist with annual inventory.
o   Provide other general administrative assistance.
o   Maintain the DC SharePoint site and contribute to the SharePoint site.
 
Serve as Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for organizations DC tenants:
o   Assist tenants with migration into DC from upfront planning of power and space requirements; shipping of equipment shipping to the data center; to providing the findings from the Quality Assurance (QA) check back to the tenant for corrective action.
o   Serve as BRM throughout a customer’s tenancy at the data center to ensure customer support and compliance with facility and data center requirements, as well as, to coordinate smart hands assistance/technical support with the appropriate support personnel.
o   Provide escort services to tenants needing to access IT space at the data center.
o   Review and respond to applicable service manager tickets.
o   Document and maintain tenant migration schedules and ensure integration into the master Schedule.
o   Coordinate shipment of equipment and supplies for tenants and the data center program staff.
o   Ensure configuration management through tenant adherence to the organization’s data center change plan and participation in the data center change board.
 
Provide support in collecting and reporting quarterly, annual and ad hoc inventory data:
o  Quarterly reporting of all assets within the data center including: virtual and physical assets, storage, physical space and utilization.
o  Quarterly reporting of Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE).
o  Monthly performance reporting of data center up-time.
o  Bi-Weekly capacity analysis reporting.
o  Asset verification against rack diagrams and component data center change form.
o  Utilization of data collection and normalization software tools to automate data collection efforts.
o  Assistance monitoring and reporting data associated with the Data Center Infrastructure Management tools including but not limited to site scan and rack power manager.

Must have 5+ years of PM experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Active DOD Secret or above Security Clearance.
BS degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and work experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience to substitute 1 year of education.
Must complete & sign a detailed Drug Use Statement and be able to pass the DEA Security Clearance.
